When a call comes in, HL automatically creates a contact record for it. This leads to a slew of spammy contacts that just fill the contact list...
OR, and worse, it causes a slowdown when staff tries to log a new client when they answer a call (if 'no duplicate contacts' is checked).
There should be an option in Settings to not create a new contact on the call. There shouldn't need to be a workflow, it should just be an option.
