On the contacts tab, the default setting for Columns is always (Name, Created, Last Activity, Phone, Tags)
- you should be able to configure your default setting to add or remove whatever you want, for example, if I wanted "Opportunities" to be in the default setting, as opposed to always having to go in and click on it to add
- you should be able to change the order in which the columns appear. For example, right now, the first 4 columns are "Name, Phone, email, Created ) .... I should be able to have Last Activity appear 2nd or 3rd or 4th in the order)
- Currently you sort by ascending or descending for things like "Name", "Created", "Last Activity".... you should also be able to sort by "Opportunity" and by "Tag", frankly, you should be able to sort by ascending or descending for any column heading
- Currently, page size is limited to 100 contacts per page. Some additional larger blocks should be added, for example 250 contacts per page, 500 contacts per page, and 1,000 contacts per page
- Currently there are some shortcuts in the contacts tab ( Add contact, Automation, send text, add tag, remove tage, etc).... there should be DND shortcut so that you can add/apply/edit DND to multiple contacts at once, instead of having to create a workflow to accomplish
