Notify the team member when someone responds

When a team member reaches out to a client via text message or phone call, they are not notified if that client responds unless they are the assigned owner of that client. This is problematic when we have a team doing outreach in sales and product and there could be multiple people communicating with that client from different phone numbers. It would seem to make more sense that when a client responds to a text whoever the owner of that assigned phone number is would be the person notified. We have team members missing communication and the workflow to notify the entire team for each inbound text message is overwhelming to our team and not an appropriate fix.
