Allow contact notes to be printed

Currently the notes section on a contact record has all notes displayed with each note fully displayed. It makes it cumbersome and difficult to skim through prior notes to gain a quick recap of what you've done with this person. I would love it if the notes were collapsed by default so only the subject and first line of the notes were visible until you expand the note.

Maybe even put a thin box around each note to add a visual separation between the notes.
