Multiple / Different Contact Templates

We need the ability to create multiple contact templates. For example, may businesses have different services with different questions and fields set for those contacts. This way we can assign a form to that particular contact template showing only the fields created for that contact template. Same if creating contact manually, should prompt to choose the templates created on our end. This is very helpful in order to not see fields that do not belong to that service and or contact.
