Modify date and time format

Would like the ability to change the date and time format. Some people don't like to enter their year of birth, but aren't so reluctant to provide the month and day.

I'm having a problem with my Automations and Whatsapp templates to. If I make a template in UK time: instead of 1PM the system with {{appointment.start_time}} says 13:00 while all settings are in UK time.

I'd like this as well, like in Zapier where you can choose any to/from format. I am looking to format just times.

This would be great if we could choose which parts of a date are required. In my case I only need the year. The current number format allows for negative numbers and so can be easily broken. Being able to specify month, day, or year as required would be fantastic.
