Improved Filters in Contact Lists

We need better Filters in the Contact view for Select Fields.
Specifically:
- "Is Not"
- "Is Any Of"
- "Is None Of"
- "Is Empty"
- "Is Not Empty"
I've attached an example from Airtable that is a great reference.
Please, please, please add this 🙏

This is a basic feature that would mean we don't have to create multiple nested or group filters to map out all possible combinations for multi-select fields. Without them it makes creating marketing lists so much more time-consuming than it needs to be.

this is still not available...very, very important functionality.
I am a developer and think this won't take long to add. Is there any way I can add this myself?
