I think it is a great idea to filter out user's leads. Some sales reps want to send out bulk texts and emails but I can't filter out users as an admin in contacts. It would also be great if we could filter out dnd by sms and the other forms of channels. I have a client who wants to know who replied stop through text so he can created a specific workflow to send to a "do not call" bucket. He also needs it for tracking and report purposes.
