Enable/Disable Email 2 Way Sync Per Sub Account

The ability to enable or disable 2 way sync when a user is a team member in multiple sub accounts.
I have users how manage other users, and their emails sync into their users they manage accounts. This can create problems.

This is hard for us too! Agency staff is sometimes added as a user on client subaccounts to be able to receive notifications, have smartlists shared with them, and just because they have their email 2-way sync in the actual agency's subaccount to track OUR clients/sales/marketing, we have ran into where our agency internal emails back and forth with each other (especially since we are also contacts in their database to test things) end up showing up in client's conversations tab!
This is a MAJOR security/privacy issue we've ran into

We've had this major issue as well and some clients. We have users in multiple accounts because they have different roles in different sub accounts but don't want their emails showing in all the sub accounts. This needs to be fix urgently!

I don't understand how the majority of agencies are ok with their employee's having 2-way sync enabled when that means that all their emails will appear within their sub-accounts' conversations.
I need my employees to be added to sub accounts so they can work on them AND I need their 2-way sync to be enabled so that our own sub account can function properly as a CRM but their conversations should NOT be visible in our clients sub accounts.
