There is an issue with Custom Field → Dropdown (Single).

When creating options, the option value always follows the option name. There is no way to set a different value.

Example:

Custom Field: Assignee

Option Name: Agent Name

Expected Value: Agent/User ID

But currently, the value is forced to be the same as the name.

This limits usage for automation and mapping.

Please allow setting separate option name and option value.
