DND incoming is currently in a manaul option. It would be very helpful and useful to add that as an option in the automations as well.

We need DND Incoming not only for Calls and SMS but also for emails. Currently there is no way to deal with Incoming Spam Emails.

I assumed this WAS a thing! Prasoon Dadhich can we please get a workflow action to Enable DND Incoming Calls and SMS?
Ideally this would also be available for incoming Email as well for use as a spam blocker.

Jordan Wheeler It is always this way with HighLevel. there is time and capacity to make bright shiny objects. But not for the dull routine mundane functions that reduce manual actions in The Platform.
