Ideally, we would be able to select whether we want "{{first}} {{last}}", or "{{last}}, {{first}}" on the contact list view. Bonus points if we can capitalize the last name.

Ex:

Right now, the full name shows up as "John Smith". My client would like it to display as "SMITH, John". Since this is a required field and we can't currently hide it, we'd like it to match the syntax they use elsewhere in their business.
