Customize Contact page layout

Both our marketing and sales users very much dislike the current Contact page layout. The conversation section takes up so much space and all the info (fields) is crammed into a small column. We can't even collapse sections. There's a lot of other smaller layout things we'd like to control as well. (Love the way SFDC allows complete control over object page layouts.)

Yes. And both the conversation and contacts pages need to be customizable. Reading emails becomes very difficult, especially if you don't have a really large screen. the side tabs and message composer take up too much space.

How about different contact layouts (fields shown, custom action buttons that trigger screens that take inputs to trigger workflows) for different user roles?

We also would like to customize the contact page layout.

Yes, when writing an email you only have a small visible area. While the section does expand to content, you are only able to see a small area.
It would be create to have commutation and other tools under the same area and tab for each type like the area to the right.

Following and voting for this, in the finance industry we need to see the client data laid out well so we can make financial decisions on the customer's record, of most of it is hidden and requires scroll down it would be difficult to work with.

Yes being able to customize the contact page would be so useful. Having the most important fields at the top and better laid out would make things so much better! Any update on this please?

Absolutely agree with Justin. The current Contact page layout feels really limiting, especially for teams trying to get a quick overview of contact info without scrolling endlessly. Being able to customise the layout, collapse sections, and prioritise the most relevant fields (like in Salesforce) would make a huge difference to both usability and efficiency. Hope this gets on the roadmap soon!
