We urgently need a built-in GHL feature allowing agencies to produce ready-to-send customer reports that can pull selected service notes—documented during visits or tasks—and allow us to pick which job images to include. This would let our customers receive clear, visual reports about what was done, without requiring external manual formatting or risking internal/private info being sent.
Images must be selectable from those added in the course of the job, and notes should be filterable and editable for external sharing. Ideally, this report is exportable as PDF or within an email. This would dramatically streamline communication and professionalism for every service-based GHL agency.
Core Requirements
Notes Selector: Ability to browse and pick specific notes, not auto-including all internal notes, with optional redaction/edit-on-export for privacy and clarity.
Image Picker: Interface for choosing which uploaded images (attached to contacts, opportunities, or service records) appear in the customer report.
Report Customization: Drag-and-drop or template-driven formatting for combining notes, images, and potential additional fields (service dates, technician names, recommendations).
Export Options: Generate reports in PDF or email-friendly format for direct client delivery, not just internal documentation.
Additional Considerations
Permissions: Ensure internal notes are not exposed unless purposefully included.
Templates: Optional agency-branded layouts for consistency.
Audit Trail: Indicate which notes/images were sent to client for compliance.
