Create "OR" option in filters for Smart Lists

In addition to the "AND" option for smart list filters, create an "OR" option as well so that we can segment our lists even more.

And on top of that, it would be great to be able to create groups with separate rules within them that you then can connect with either AND or OR.
So Group A has the rules [Email=NotEmpty AND Name=Empty] and Group B has [Phone=Empty AND Company=NotEmpty] and the final Smart list will be ["Group A" OR "Group B"]
