Create a HoverOver Maker for us to use to create HoverOvers for any element in HighLevel. This would be an immense help for us both for our inhouse users who don't know what is what, nor where to go, not what a particular field, button, name, or term means in HL. And it would probably obviate the need for a lot of support calls, and UI complaints. Make the HoverOvers be part of snapshots.

Features: highlight a HoverOver "thing", then pop up an edit screen, then show Add/Edit hoverover window. Make that window moveable on the screen, so it can be moved aside if it obscures some part of the screen needed to be seen while working on hoverover. If there's already a HL hoverover, make it appear in the edit screen and allow us to change it. Include a Revert option in the edit mode. Include a Restore Default option in the edit mode. Allow hoverovers to be color coded. HoverOver use restricted to Admins/Owners only. Offer as many types of HoverOver things/objects as possible including all icons, field names, empty fields, page or tab names, menu choices, etc.
