Create 2 contacts after submitting only 1 form

It would be nice to have a feature that creates two contacts out of one form. Some clients that are couples want to have the same information and want to sign up only with one form. It's like an evolution of the current feature of having multiple emails for one contact. Thanks

I definitely need this for working with parents and minors. It would be great if it could also flag the minor account and somehow have it linked to the parents' account so that automations can be created differently for these accounts.

Hi Patricia, I’m curious about how you send messages to a sub contact in a workflow to keep a couple informed. Can you explain your process?

I require the ability to gather multiple contacts through a single form submission. Specifically, I'm creating a waiver form for a martial arts gym. When a parent signs up their children, I need them to include the children as participants along with their own information. It's impractical to expect parents to fill out separate forms for each participant. This functionality should be a standard feature.

This would be great. My work around is using Zapier. If the "other" fields are not empty, I send it to Zapier and that triggers a webhook back to GHL to create a contact.

Michael Garcia I'd love to see how you do this if you would be willing to share? Here is a screenshot of what I have worked up so far...

Keaton Horman I moved away from this route as I did not have enough additional contacts to create to justify keeping it up to date. If I did it today, I might create another workflow that has a webhook trigger and from the initial workflow create a webhook widget that sends the "other" contact information as custom fields. This way the only premium widget it the second workflow inbound webhook trigger.

Keaton Horman You can do this by sending a Webhook and then using Inbound webhook as a trigger in a separate workflow.
It will work for a defined number of contacts. In my case the number of contacts is dynamic so I'm still stuck.

I agree with this need. Presently we're taking a second contact from a form or survey and using an automation to send an email with their contact info to a mail parser in zapier that then feeds it back into HighLevel. While this works, it is laborious, and it would be much cleaner to extract the second contact directly from the form or survey used. This is definitely a worthy feature request!

Would be nice to be able to do more then 2... For example for companies that register several participant to an event, it's one company paying but registering usually up to 10nparticipants

Admin P. Muehlematter Same requirement here; When one person buys multiple tickets for one event capture a dynamic number of contacts in GHL based on the number of tickets purchase. The GHL Payments > Sell Products component supports buying multiple products at once, so I think it makes sense to be able to create one contact per ticket, dynamically...

Another use case is parties or company. Have a single wedding party form, for example, that has the groom, dads, groomsmen. Create a company with the Grooms name and individual contacts from each person on the form.
Mortgages. Have a form that includes borrower and co-borrower. Create company using primary name and create two contacts associated with that company.
