Contact running history of all activities, notes, tasks, etc

Being able to see the history of what happened and when, especially if you do a longer term follow up, would be helpful. For example other CRMs show all things that have happened (History) but sometime call it activities. In the activities section we should see everything in one screen that we can scroll down, so when a client calls, we can easily see it in case we forget to jump to another screen. More efficiency is needed in the Contacts and CRM functions.

Great idea! We could even use AI to summarize activities in short bullet points. It could also answer questions about past activities. For example, it could clarify if someone made a specific statement or if we made a promise. Instead of scrolling through the feed, we could display this information directly.
