1) Let customers upload their profile photo directly in sign up forms.
So give us the option to add the standard field "Profile Photo" to all kind of forms -> add the contact as profile photo internally.
2) Get rid of the merge contact feature to add photos after the contact was created and let us directly change it inside the contact.
3) Fetch Profile Photos for Contacts from https://gravatar.com/ like many Email Inbox Programs do.

I find the way some CRM's check public social media profiles based on the email address and merging fields for enhanced contact info incredibly useful. Would be great if HL could do the same.
Generally speaking, it is based on email matching to a publicly available profile and would typically merge information such as profile URL, company/position, location and any profile related bio, description and additional info.

Problem:
When creating a new contact in GoHighLevel, it’s currently a manual and time-consuming process to search for additional information like the person’s LinkedIn profile, company website, or profile picture.

Best Practice:
Competing CRMs like Zoho and Salesforce already offer a similar “Social Lookup” feature. Adding this capability would make GoHighLevel even more powerful for sales teams and client managers.

I’ve noticed that if someone comments on my businesses social media content… it will create a contact with photo… and I’ve merged them with their (student in my case) profile…. BUT if they would make it so we could change the profile picture (which is a super basic feature imo) like every other software I’ve ever used!

Contact enrichment would be a huge value-add.
Added to this, Gravatar images for contacts would be excellent. Don't look them up each time because that's a heavy resource drain, but pull in images and store them in a 'contacts' section of the media library.
