I would really like to see the Companies Tab and Company feature be more robust. Instead of having Companies only show up under Associations, it would be nice if there was a Company Tab just like the Associations, Notes, Appointments, etc and when you click on it, custom details for the company would show up. Right now we have to set up a Contact as the "Company Contact" so we can easily see these details and not have to switch between the Companies and Smart Lists tabs to see all the information we need.
