Common in other CRM's is the ability to color your tags so you can visually see the leads that are HOT if they are labeled with a HOT tag, it would be RED. Warm leads with a WARM tag cold be Orange, WATCH (longer term prospects) could be blue, for example.

It would also be great if we could make emoji tags. This way we could add tags with less wording, but more information. Think of someone that categorizes their customer by gold silver and bronze or top 100 or something like that.

Tags are hidden and collapsed by default. Increasing their visibility and adding color distinctions would help CSRs quickly see where each lead stands.

Allow for the ability to select a color for tag folders. Then display that color for all the tags within the folder.
Make it visible with the color inside the contact card/crm as well as on the opportunity cards inside of pipelines

TAGs should have an option to have colors! Also, the TAGs should be always vissible in the conversation tab. Specially over the name of the contact so you dont have to open the contact to see which tag it has.

I'm ramping up on Go High Level and surprised this hasnt been done yet. Coming from a CRM that allowed me to colour cooridinate, this is a big gap IMHO
