We can bulk add contacts to a workflow but if we want to remove them then we have to add them to a workflow that removes them or we have to manually go into the contact record to remove them. (which is extra steps and work) It would be a lot more streamline and more effective for businesses to be able to quickly remove someone from workflow from contact / smartview list then adding to workflows.
