"Block Contact" button under contact (similiar to DND)

Same feature we have on our cell phones, block contact to no longer receive calls or messages from the contact.How I imagine the function: "Trigger -> When Block turned ON" - Mark all incoming messages are read (inside workflows) [don't trigger notifications, don't initiate calls - configured on backend]We have DND setup, where they are requesting not to be contacted.With the amount of SPAM and Robot Calls, this feature should be a must as well.Current workaround -> I block the number on my cell phone.

Be nice if there was a two-way block option. 1) to stop outbound automation thus DND and 2) to stop the inbound spam and thus stop the additional fees for unwanted inbound contact.
