I'm getting spam from certain contacts. How do i block a contact or their IP address so I don't keep getting spam?

It would be great if I could blacklist just a few contacts to block them from registering for any of my company's streams. I usually like to allow re-entry, but I have a few contacts I'd like to block individually.
