I would like to be able to pause a person in a campaign.. so that I can try and have more personal conversations but then, if they aren't yet ready.. they can continue the campaign and not have duplicate emails sent to them.

right now you can pause an entire campaign by drafting it but this affects every contact.You can currently fast forward, reset and cancel a running campaign for each individual contact.Why can you not pause a campaign to be able to resume it later.

This would be extremely helpful. Especially with AI becoming more popular and needing to pause automation during human contact.
We should be able to set it up where it can be automatically paused in a workflow.
So just like how we can remove someone from a workflow automatically, this new option would allow us to pause the contact in a specific workflow.

Yes please! Contact are always replying to my auto messages, saying "Oh I'm busy/trying/OOO... until..." And all I need is a way to say [Pause all workflows for this user until SOME DATE] --- without this feature, I can only remove them from workflows, but will never remember to restart them later, and if I do then they'll get duplicate messages.

YES!!! I have had multiple people ask me if they can pause it and resume when life calms down. It would be wonderful if they had the option of replying "Day 5" to resume on Day 5.
