This is so important, it'll be nice for it to tell you who the owner is rather then having to test, also all admins should be able to share it if it was shared with them. The whole management of it seems a bit clunky at the moment.

This would be very helpful! We've had multiple issues with team members not being able to access a Smart List because someone else on the team originally created it.
