In the contacts profile, could be a great idea to have the possibility to attach some files, like pdf or jpg. For example contracts, and documents, specific to that client.

In addition, make it super easy if a Contact messages in an attachment (for example, they text in a picture) to save to Contact's Document section. Right now you have to click on the image, save to desktop and then upload to Document's section. There should be a 1-click "Save to Document Section" option.

It would also be great to be able to view the uploaded files without having to download them first.

This is huge. I don't particularly love the fact that if we are attempting to send these files via an email through a workflow, each file will come up as a link instead of an attachment. I think it would be an awesome enhancement to have these files be sent in a file format like normal pdfs, jpg, etc.
