Allow Editing of Default Field Folders

Custom Field settings has default folders called "Contact", "General Info", and "Additional Info"... but we can't rename or delete those 3 default folders.
Please give us total control over Folders, including what folders are present and what they are named.

Ability to customize "Contact" "General Info" and "Additional Info" folders

We've now gotten the ability to organize custom fields more thoroughly by creating folders - great. What we need now is the ability to delete or rename the standard/default folders for Contact, General Info, and Additional Info. They're just too vague and weird. We should be able to edit those just as well as we can create new folders. ALSO should be able to show Opportunity CFs on the contact view page.

Currently we cannot delete or rename custom field folders. We should be able to rename these or delete them to our liking. Currently if we've moved fields to other places and there is nothing in the folder, it still shows under the contact. If we could delete them it would clean that up a bit.

Also having the ability to hide items on the contact card. For example, if I am not running any memberships - hide offers.
Or, if you never need the DOB of the customer, hide it.

I don't know if this is also addressed somewhere else, but I agree. We should have the ability to delete folders. Maybe show an extra confirmation message, saying that deleting this default folder may affect workflows or some functionality?

Definitely support Opp CFs on lead forms. Just makes sense given the purpose of the form! I assume if a contact entered another lead form, the original data will be overwritten.
Example: on a lead form we capture a particular interest via checkbox. If they come back and are interested in another category, the original interest will be lost? Seems the field should be per Opp, not per Contact given it's Opp specific.
Hope this makes sense.

I agree. Also you have some standard fields I cant remove or rename i.e. contact type yu only have lead or customer. The reality is there are may different types of contacts. In fact, a contact is just that, a contact. Its not a lead until qualified. So there should be these fields in my opinion, Contacts, Leads, Customers, Partners/Resellers, Vendors, Affiliates, Personal Contacts, Media/Influencers
