Currently when inputting source manually we can get multiple versions of the same lead source depending on spelling or capitalization. When we look at the report for source it gets a bit messy and we have to manually add/subtract the correct numbers.

Feature Request: Enhanced Lead Source Reporting with Custom Opportunity Source Field
Problem:
Currently, the Lead Source Report in GHLrelies on the "Opportunity Source" field, which is a free-text field where users manually input how a lead or opportunity was generated. This manual entry can lead to inconsistencies in data due to variations in spelling, phrasing, and terminology used by different team members.
To address this, we have created a new custom field called 'Opportunity Source (Dropdown)' which utilizes a standardized drop-down menu with predefined lead source options. This ensures data consistency and facilitates more accurate tracking and analysis of our lead generation efforts.
However, the existing Lead Source Report does not currently pull data from this new custom field. It continues to rely solely on the original "Opportunity Source" free-text field, rendering the new, more structured data inaccessible for reporting purposes.
Functionality Request:
Please add the functionality to allow the Lead Source Report to utilize data from custom opportunity fields, specifically the "[Name of the new custom field, e.g., 'Opportunity Source (Dropdown)']" field. This would enable us to generate reports based on the standardized lead source selections made using the drop-down menu.
