A couple of my service based clients had a request to add a photo to their customers profile in contacts, tech support said that can only be done when the contact is created but many of my clients are importing huge lists from QuickBooks or CSV files and want to add photos later of their regulars, etc .

They told me a CRM for service based businesses cannot remember the name of it but Service Pro or something does that & you can add the techs photo to the SMS confirmation reminder texts (example if Jim the plumber at ABC plumbing is the tech on the job Jims photo + the message "hey just letting you know Jim is on his way" texts the client so they know who to look for.
