Adding Photos to Customers (in Contacts) and Service providers in SMS to the customers

A couple of my service based clients had a request to add a photo to their customers profile in contacts, tech support said that can only be done when the contact is created but many of my clients are importing huge lists from QuickBooks or CSV files and want to add photos later of their regulars, etc .
They told me a CRM for service based businesses cannot remember the name of it but Service Pro or something does that & you can add the techs photo to the SMS confirmation reminder texts (example if Jim the plumber at ABC plumbing is the tech on the job Jims photo + the message "hey just letting you know Jim is on his way" texts the client so they know who to look for.

It is just unbelievable that GHL allow us to upload a photo for a contact only when manually creating a contact for the first time. If the contact was created through a funnel or leadform, there is no way to upload a photo for that contact (when they become a client, for instance). Support suggested that I posted this idea here...

Yes this is a little bit frustrating. Additionally I would like the ability to update the photo by via a workflow > Update contact action and the Public API as I scrape LinkedIn profile data into GHL
