Add the business name next to the contact in the conversations view so i dont have to click into the contact to see it

Its so slow and cumbersome to have to click into the contact itself to see the business/company the contact belongs too and then click back out again to go through conversations. There is plenty of room to just put it in parenthesis right after the contact name
