I’ve noticed that when a dropdown custom field has a value, the only way to remove or clear it is by creating a workflow. This is quite inconvenient, as users have to go into the Automation section and build a workflow just to clear a single dropdown field. It would be much more efficient if users could manually clear the value of a dropdown custom field directly, without needing to create an automation.
