Hi,
I’d like to request a feature that lets us create Smart Lists using the "Created By" field — like if the contact came from Shopify, was added manually, or through an API.
We’re syncing contacts from Shopify into GHL, but there’s currently no way to tag or filter those contacts automatically after the sync. It’s hard to know which contacts came from Shopify, especially if they were added in bulk or synced quietly in the background.
If we could create a Smart List based on "Created By," we could:
  • Easily find contacts added from Shopify or other sources
  • Tag or trigger workflows for them
  • Keep our contact lists more organized
This would really help for teams using multiple integrations and depending on Smart Lists to manage contacts.
