Add 'Manual Message Sent by User' as a Workflow Trigger & Smart List Filter

Currently, the platform has no way to distinguish between a message sent manually by a team member and one sent automatically via a workflow or campaign. Last Activity, Email Events, and Outbound Message triggers all fire for both. This makes it impossible to automatically tag, segment, or filter contacts based on whether a real human has personally reached out to them. We'd like a dedicated trigger and Smart List filter — "Manual Message Sent by User" — that fires exclusively when a team member sends a message directly from the conversation view, separate from any automation. This would unlock powerful segmentation, allowing teams to identify contacts who have only ever received automated outreach and prioritise them for genuine personal follow-up.
