The ability to add tags on the screen where we create a contact as a bulk action.

Given you can add tags when you create an opportunity, why can you not add a tag here?

While importing contacts, there is now an option to add a tag to all the imported contacts.

You can create a column in the import file named Tags and put the tag into each row. I guess if you want to add multiple tags you could import multiple times?
