Some industries (like finance) have compliance needs around storing conversation/contact data. Data MUST be kept.

We need on the admin and/or agency level the ability to remove the ability to delete any contacts or conversation history. Currently users can go in and delete a message thread through conversations, and this is a compliance issue that makes GHL unusable for them due to compliancy violation risk.
