The companies object needs to be independent from the contact object. Their is no option on the menu bar to navigate to a list of companies (accounts). Then just use associations. (Custom objects can be used, but that makes things messy, as their is then a business name, company name etc)

This could be enabled for B2B accounts only, or just hidden with user permissions to remove from the navigation if not needed.

The website URL field in Highlevel, should also extract automatically from the contact email address (Unless free email like Gmail etc). (This could populate on both the contact and company object fields).

The company name could also default to the URL of domain, as extracted from the domain of the email.
