Search Company When Assigning To Contact

When you are creating/updating a contact, you can't search for companies that are already created, and if one letter is off, it creates a whole new company. Instead, we should be able to search for a company when creating a contact. This would eliminate the majority of duplicated companies that get created.

All we currently have is the ability to type the company name instead of searching for it from a drop-down when creating a new contact, and if it doesn't pull up, it should give us the option to create the company. Right now, typing every company out is very annoying because then you have empty fields for address, website, and so on. Plus, how it is set up now leaves way more room for error.
