Having a Primary Contact for the Company View is crucial. It enables us to maintain strong connections with all the other contacts within the Company view. Imagine the convenience of communicating directly with various workers in their respective businesses. Having a designated point person who is well-acquainted with everyone and can effortlessly assist us in connecting with the right individuals is genuinely invaluable. Not only does this save us precious time, but it also ensures that our workflows are seamless. Therefore, it is undeniably a brilliant idea to have a Primary Contact as it fosters organization and facilitates effective communication.

The most critical utility is in workflows (option to send an email to all or some of the other contacts associated with that company - or only the primary). Primary for routine conversations. Billing/AP/AR for transactions. But option to keep other members of the organization in the loop. In particular: primary contact for a prospect/client might be very different that primary contact for a service & parts department.
I would expect to see (and be able to sort/filter) primary and additional contacts in the Companies Smart List and the ability to send email campaign as bulk actions in the Smart List would be great.

The current company feature is very very limited! We need to be able to assign contacts to companies as a primary/secondary contact which will allow us to build these into our workflows
