For B2B users we need the ability to have the CRM function like this:
Leads -> Contacts -> Companies -> Opportunities -> Customers/Clients
Leads - People who we have not had any contact with, but we think could hold potential as a customers.
Contacts - People we have had contact with, but who have not done business with us yet. Generally these are people working in a business and the business is who we will eventually transact with, but we work with the people.
Companies - businesses we are trying to sell to. Each Company may have multiple contacts that fulfill different roles, but they are all working for the same account.
Opportunities - These are potential business engagement with Companies (not with Contacts generally). Each Company may have multiple Opportunities open at one time or over time.
Customers/Clients - These are Companies who are paying us for services. We still interact with Contacts, but we transact with the Company.
I know that some of this could be managed with smart lists, but having the appropriate objects and ability to push the correct object through workflows and automations would be great.

There should also be a way to add notes and tags direct to the company. And companies can be the object tied to opportunities.

Is there a way to show me all of the contacts associated with a particular object? Via Smart List filters? If not. That needs to be added

I would like to add that adding company objects to forms is a MUST as well. This would also may it easier to update and avoid user errors. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

Right now HighLevel is set up to work great for B2C type businesses. Your opportunities, activity, conversations, payments etc all happen at the contact level.
However, if you are B2B highLevel is pretty painful to use. This is because it is not set up to treat the Company Object like the Contact Object.
It would be great if we could create Company Objects as elaborate as Contact Objects. We could see contracts, payments, activity, tasks, conversations etc at the Company level.
Can start small and add more functionality as time goes on, but would be great to see some improvements here.

I just wanted to add that being able to associate a Contact with an existing Custom Object via workflow is very much needed.
For my use case, we have "Practice Groups" as our custom object. We are using the custom object to store fields like when the group expires, what type of group it is, where it is located, etc. I love that we can have that information all in one place on the Custom Object.
But I can't associate the 2,000+ contacts in my database with their Practice Groups. It would be so awesome to be able to just run them through a workflow to create that association.
