Companies should appear on side menu

Companies should have their own menu link in the side menu rather than being hidden as a tab in the contacts menu link, in B2B we treat the company as the primary client, not the contact. This should be super easy to implement, just adding a menu link to a company smart list.

When Companies was first added, it did appear in the side menu, but it got moved at some point. I though it had been taken away until support showed me the change.
