The Companies area needs more fields to search by. Three fields is not enough, in particular for a company. Can we aim for at least 10, with the goal of all of them?

Also States in the USA are abbreviated with 2 letters. This is common practice for all mailing. Why does the CRM not all 2 letter searches? Or at least let the States be searched by that. When a client needs data for mailing they are not able to use or they have to try to convert the State. Alternately you could have a dropdown everyplace :)
