Ability to Sort Companies

When you're in the company area of the CRM it would be really good to have the ability to sort via company name and have a field for main contact person.

At the moment we can only sort companies by standard fields (creation/update date).
I think it's a needed (and basic) feature to be able to sort by custom fields, just like we can with contacts.

Yes this is super important for us and is messing up our workflow by not having. It works well for Contacts, but not for Companies.
