Tag feature in Communities - @everyone tag for all members

It would great for all members to utilise the @everyone tag feature - not just admins - and for this to be a setting that can be turned on/off as applicable to the purpose of the Community.
I'd understand why this would not be suitable for all Communities when there a large numbers of members, however it is a limitation for smaller ones when we want members to be able to all tag all members in their posts.

RevEx Group, ability to turn it off for 1) all members or 2) collaborators but on for moderators & admins or 3) collaborators & moderators but on for admins. Thank you! Ideally, also the admin could turn it on for specific members.

Additionally there should be an @admin as well so members can quickly get to the admins of the communities.

I use the Kollab app for my company and this feature would be greatly appreciated! Allow all members ro @everyone and also being able to toggle this feature on and off

While I could see this being useful for very limited groups, I would highly recommend allowing members to control their notifications so that they can chose to receive in app notice instead of emails. Also, notification emails need to at least contain the subject line of the post.
