Courses bought in community learning tabs aren't accessible via workflows.

Workflow ai says "offer access granted" is available as a trigger but I cannot get it to fire. If I could I'd add a tag action for the course the customer bought.

That means we can't see what a customer may have purchased in course offers, and importantly segment smart lists by warm eager to buy customers who purchased and follow up with new offers. It also means we can't revoke access to courses or subscriptions unless we go to:

Courses & Memberships > courses > analytics > member analytics > view > update offers > revoke offers.

I can get all this to happen in the store but not the learning tab. Is there some reason why this has been overlooked?

Are you guys rebuilding the learning tab purchase process making workflows/tags redundant? It would be useful to know
