A major missed point for some communities is the ability to choose to have some community groups private.
Or at the very least make individual channels private.

I'd like to see the ability to restrict access by channels, especially since each sub-account can only have 1 community.

Josh Henry: Hi
Sub-accounts can have multiple communities. You can choose to make the community private and in-addition make it not visible to other groups members.
Private Channels is on our list which will enable you to restrict some channels for a specific set of members in a group.

RevEx Group Thanks!
When I originally commented, I think 1 community was all that was available. I still would like to see the ability to restrict an entire community within a sub-account.
e.g. Community 1 - Customer Avatar Audience 1; Community 2 - Customer Avatar Audience 2.
In this case, Avatar 1 only sees the community their enrolled and Avatar 2 likewise. As it stands now, if there are multiple communities in a sub-account, all enrolled users can see all communities.
Does that make sense?

I agree! I thought you would have to be logged into the client portal to see the community/group feed, but currently it visible to the non client public.
We need the ability to make it visible only to logged in client's and also private so that if a client is logged into the client portal they can see the active groups, but they can't see the feed unless they are a member of the group.

This ticked off a client when I told him that the communities are currently only public. 100% agree with this.
