This critical platform enhancement is needed and will ensure that if there is unwanted contact that makes a user feel uncomfortable that they have the option to BLOCK the contact and direct communication within ALL of the HighLevel community platforms...should there be a need.

Gap:

If you block someone on Facebook for unwanted contact, you have community guidelines, etc...however this block does not carry over to the rest of the HighLevel Platform.

HighLevel is a very social software, and all of the communities are a bonus unlike other software platforms where they simply transactional.

Please develop:

Mute

Unfollow

Block for both communication and visibility

And if agency user, and or contact warrants a “Block,” then the necessary tools need to be standard for all HighLevel customers.
