Notification for ANY action taken in community

As I build my community, I would like an option to get notified when anyone enters anything ever into the discussion board (even if they don't tag anyone). I would like to show my members that I'm on the spot with answering their questions or joining in the discussion so I can nurture them while I don't have a lot of members yet. Thanks for considering!

For admins to get notified for new posts

I see that all current notifications are only for when an admin is tagged. Please make it so that we get notified for ALL posts regardless of whether we are tagged or not..

It's very difficult to keep up with responding to new posts and comments in the current structure. Admins should automatically be notified of new posts, but also new comments. The other frustration is the indication that there was a "new comment [time] ago" in blue remains even after I've responded to the comment. And it would be very helpful if posts with unseen comment filtered to the top. If someone commented on an old post, I'm not sure how I'd ever know.

As a workaround, I can help you set this up in a few practical ways right now:
Enable all discussion board notifications in your account settings so you’re alerted for every new post, not just mentions.
Use email notifications or daily digests for new discussions so nothing slips through.
Set up an automation (using tools like workflows, webhooks, or third-party integrations) that sends you a notification (email, SMS, or Slack) whenever a new discussion is created.
Create a moderator role for yourself with full visibility so you can quickly scan and respond to new posts from one dashboard.

Joshua Koya Thank you. How do I create a moderator role for myself?
