we have received a lot of quiries , that the subaccount should provide the login to their client via client portal and then in the client portal client should be able to see all the related subjects like, invoice, contract, certificates (as already added) and they should be able to see the conversation, notices, task that are added for the specifc client in the CRM should be available here as well, may be in the cumminities. the documents that client shares here for example their legal documents for evidence etc it also should be availbale here.
