"New Post" indication in Channels

In my HeartBeat community there is an indication when a channel is unread (has new posts since the last time I have checked the channel). aka The red arrows in the screenshot.
Can you add such indication with a red dot on the side or something else?
It's a small thing but very engaging.

The bigger the group gets, the more this is needed
